i’s just an itty-bitty wittle cheesecake baby

maybe scratch that baby part. the whole eating babies thing is not very appetizing.

I’ve made these Mini Chcolate-Hazelnut Cheesecakes (from the always-stellar Food and Wine) three (3) times now and they’re a mad hit every time.

(if you’re looking for the recipe…that whole linkage thing above was actually not just for the heck of it and is there for that very purpose.  yeah…totally missed it….might wanna turn back around there)
