Now that we’ve entered the Christmas season, I’d like to devote this post to the art of the Gingerbread House, which can range from simple and sweet to spectacular. I’ve never made one of these candy-covered casas, but if I did, I’d want it to look like one of these (click image for link).

the Groce family embarked on a gingerbread village this year… with 7 kids, 9 adults, and 1 table, we managed to construct a house and a church. and let me tell you, it was HARD! I am super impressed with these constructions.
I bought a kit from target, and am going to attempt a small one with Ellory. I have a feeling ours will look “different” than the ones you posted.
