Celtic Treasure
Dia dao daoibh Caras (Google told me that meant “hello friends” in the Celtic language so don’t hate on me if i’m wrong).
I have an Irish name and I kinda look Irish, therefore i pretty much decided that I am Irish regardless of the fact that it really only makes up a very small percentage of my heritage.
And it was confirmed when Justin and Meg Shaffer sent me these photos and I swooned. Yup, that pretty much means I’m right at home with you sweet Ireland. Although… I’m not entirely convinced that these don’t come from Middle Earth.
Thanks Justin and Meg for contributing to msb with such glorious finds.

GO to Ireland. It is one of my favorite places on earth. Go to Kinsale (http://www.kinsale.ie/) and Dublin or anywhere. Go to the Irish country and the Irish City. So beautiful. But also know that the f-bomb is every part of speech in their version of the English language and they use it ALL THE TIME. ~Sarah
erin – are you on facebook?
i’m pretty sure you’re my new best friend.
this is a hard, hard day. and i just read
through your comment.. i had to keep scrolling
up and down to see which sentence each
comment referred to : )
and when i got to the last sentence.. my
heart stopped and my eyes filled with tears.
“Amen for the sometimes hard and bitter
sanctification for the fruit it produces is SWEET indeed.”
i know that i know that i know that fact.
but i really needed to be reminded. i’ve been
convicted of it all morning. the Lord seriously
just ministered to me through you.
thank you.
ps. i am on facebook : ) my name
is layla sandlund. if we both decide
we’re not creepy internet stalkers
who are really 48 sitting in front
of the computer in our mighty
ducks boxers.. (not that there is
anything wrong with mighty ducks
boxers) i’d really like to be friends.
