Making Ganache With Panache

Ganache is my favorite never-fails-super-quick-but-oh-so-stinking-good  topping for brownies and cakes.   It’s easy but so impressive and totally has the fancy schmancy/sophisticated factor going for it.  Tell people you made ganache, and they’ll probably believe that you actually read all that Russian literature you have on your bookshelf.
